    Mindfulness 201: When students practice mindfulness, it awakens their inner wisdom and awareness, yet it's easy to stop practicing - we often resist the very habits that bring us ease and healing. This second 5-week course re-establishes practices of meditation and mindfulness, and provides new instruction on self-compassion, inner-reflection, meditation, and everyday mindfulness practices. (*The course is reserved for people who've taken Mindfulness 101.)

    Boost for Summer: Summer is an abundant yet busy time. It's helpful to boost our inner resources before we enter the beautiful and frenetic summer season. This 90-minute mindfulness session provides a safe space to show up as-is, attend inward, and just be. We'll actively practice - meditation, reflection, and expressive writing - as well as discuss mindfulness for daily life. It's possible to bring more peace, ease, and happiness to the summer months. No special equipment, clothes, or experience necessary. Show up just as you are.

    About the teacher: Joy Jordan is both a teacher and student of mindfulness. She left her 20-year academic career, not knowing what was next. Now she lives, teaches, writes, and photographs through the lens of mindfulness.

    9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer.

    Here's What You Can Expect:
    | Show up at your convenience; there are no class times
    | You're welcomed by a friendly, qualified trainer
    | Trainer wraps your hands for support when punching
    | Use heart rate training to stay in your target fat burning zone
    | Trainer shows you how to do each exercise based on your fitness level
    | Every three minutes, you move to the next exercise station
    | After station nine, your 30-minute full-body workout is over
    | Access 9Round Nutritional Guidance & one-on-one support
    | Enjoy a new workout every day (workouts change daily)

    Participants can come during any of the days or times set forth below up to 7 times. 9Round will have punch cards to track participant workouts. The last workout starts 30 minutes before we close.

Each training session will be a boot camp style workout located at an Appleton Park, utilizing their natural environment and manmade features to provide you a total body workout comprised of strength drills, cardio blasts, and core work.
