    All players will be contacted by their volunteer coach with information about practice and game times. Parents and children will be required to co-sign a concussion information acknowledgment prior to the start of team activities. .

    VOLUNTEER COACHES: Our sports programs rely on great volunteer coaches, and coaching is a rewarding way to positively impact the lives of our young athletes. We provide comprehensive training and lesson materials which will enable all of our volunteers to be successful, so if you have the skill and confidence to lead and encourage kids, then you already have what it takes to be a great coach!
    Coaches are expected to facilitate a weekly practice, attend scheduled weekly games, and coordinate the delivery of team / league information to players and parents on their roster.
    In the absence of an adequate number of head coaches, assistant coach volunteers may be asked to assume the head coach role.

    436205 - Lifeguard Training

    436205 - Lifeguard Training

    Qualify to be a lifeguard by passing this course.
    Prerequisites: Be 15 years of age on or before the last day of class and able to swim 300 yards continuously. Participants must also be able to swim 20 yards using front crawl or breaststroke, surface dive to a depth of 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10 pound object, return to the surface, and swim 20 yards back to the starting point with the object within 1 minute 40 seconds. Course includes First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Course books are provided on the first day of class. Lifeguard Training is good for 3 years, First Aid and CPR Professional certification is valid for 2 years.
    At 1819 Witzke Blvd in Appleton Memorial Park and West Pool, 610 N Badger Avenue in West High School.

    Our luxury coach bus will leave from the parking lot at 1819 Witzke Blvd in Appleton Memorial Park at 6 a.m. Enjoy a day together of "shop till you drop", or visiting museums/galleries, or just taking in the excitement on the "Magnificent Mile" in Chicago. Do some shopping at such famous stores as Nieman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Disney Store and American Girl. However you plan to spend your day, Michigan Avenue is always full of excitement.     Motor coach will: leave from 1620 Witzke Blvd, East Parking Lot, in Appleton Memorial Park at 7:00 AM, stop in Sister Bay around 9:00 AM, Fish Creek around 12:00 PM and Carlsville around 2:30 PM. The motor coach will leave Carlsville, Door County at 4:00 PM and return to the East Parking Lot in Appleton Memorial Park around 6:00 PM.
