    412102 - Lyrical - Fall

    A fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques. Movements in lyrical dance are choreographed to show the meaning of the music and are characterized by their grace, emotion and fluidity. Students are asked to have some background in ballet and jazz.
    Attire: A leotard and shorts or fitted dance attire that is comfortable to move in. Tops such as tanks or fitted tees are acceptable. Bottoms may include shorts (with tights), yoga or jazz capris and leggings. Wearing fitted clothing allows your teacher to be sure you are moving your body in the correct way to prevent injury. Tan jazz shoes, foot undies, dance paws, or half-sole jazz shoes in nude are required.

    All students will be participating in an end of season recital, dates TBD. Participants should anticipate an additional cost for costumes (Beginner costume cost - $47.25, Intermediate costume cost - $57.75, Advanced costume cost - $68.25) Costume payments will be due by September 30th.

    Class dates are subject to change based on recital dates and location.

    Save $10.00 - Register by 8/14/19. Registrations received on or after August 15 will require an additional $10 fee. Final deadline for all registration is September 18!
