Nibbling Nature: Learn how to eat seasonally by introducing wild edibles into your routine. Identify 6 common edibles, when to harvest and how to incorporate them into healthy living, We will also be creating 2 seasonally fresh products to take home. Class will be held both indoors and outdoors, please dress accordingly.

Grow It - Healing Herbal Garden: Incorporating herbal teas are a gentle way to include healing herbs into daily routine. Whether you have a small space or large garden, there is always room for herbal tea plants. Participants will be guided on planting, harvest and kitchen prep. 2 take-home starter plants are included in this workshop. Class will be held both indoors and outdoors, please dress accordingly.

Herbal Bitters - A Healing Craft: Explore the craft of making herbal bitters. It is known that bitter tasting herbs have a positive effect on digestion and natural body detoxification. In this class we will unpack the history behind this forgotten remedy as well as create a personal bitters for you to take home. Bitters aren't just for Old Fashions, we are taking back the bitter truth!
